NOTE: For each contestant, you will need a Membership Form for the proper age division.  On the membership form is your contact information, the contestants declared events for the season and your consent for the contestant to participate. The declared events are for the all around points that will make the contestant eligible for year end prizes. Please choose only (3) for Pee Wees and (4) for Junior and Seniors.

 

The Entry Form is for each rodeos events that the contestant chooses to participate in.  Each contestant may enter as many events as they choose that are offered in their age division, however only the declared event points will be calculated for the all around.  Day money can be won in as many events as they participate in.

 

For the first rodeo, you will need a membership form accompanied by $25 and an entry form accompanied by however much you owe for the events that are entered.  After the first rodeo that the contestant competes in, you will only need to provide the entry form and money.
